What is a Tuesday’s Together group, you ask?
When Natalie and her friends formulated the idea for the Rising Tide Society, they were enjoying an evening of wine and dinner. They were talking about entrepreneurship and how lonely it can be.
This little spark snowballed very quickly when she started a Facebook group around the idea of Community over Competition #communityovercompetition. It was meant as a place for creative entrepreneurs to get together and discuss business struggles, offer support and uplift. It quickly became clear that the competitive industry was craving this, as it spread like wildfire. Soon there were Tuesday’s Together groups popping up all across the U.S.A, North America and now worldwide. Find your local group here.
The groups meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month and discuss various topics related to entrepreneurship with meaty content provided by the Rising Tide Society.
In addition to this, The Rising Tide Society has teamed up with Honeybook and they host an annual online educational platform called The Rise Summit. This year they have such high profile presenters as Gary Vaynerchuk and Jasmine Star… and did I mention that they are not profiting off of this? The Summit is by donation. 100% of the donations go toward building a school with Pencils of Promise.
You definitely want to check out the full video where Natalie goes into detail about how the Rising Tide Society came to be, and where her passion and authenticity stems from.
